Queensland Civil Practice – January Update

The January update of the service sees the inclusion of a section dedicated to the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Key legislation and rules have been published and future updates will see commentary and annotations to the QCAT Act added.

The distinguished author and lawyer Dr J R S Forbes has joined the author team and will provide commentary and annotations to the Evidence Act 1977. Dr Forbes is the author of all seven editions of the reliable and comprehensive Evidence Law in Queensland and will bring his knowledge and insight of the law to the service.
