New commentary added to The Law of Intellectual Property

Commentary on  the Resale Royalty Right for Visual Artists Act 2009 (Cth) has been introduced into Ch 17, “Rights related to Copyright” with particular attention on “Characteristics and vesting of resale royalty in Australia” and “Liability for and collection of resale royalty rights”.
