Research Tips: National Workplace Relations

National Workplace Relations contains complex legislation that has undergone major change several times over the last few years.  The result is a complicated set of intertwining pieces of primary and transitional legislation.

In response to feedback from our customers, we have created product-specific search examples to help navigate the complex workplace relations legislation.

To assist subscribers when researching in this product, we have provided some simple examples of searches that are specific to this product, such as how to find out whether a provision that existed in the (now-repealed) Workplace Relations Act exists in the (new) Fair Work Act.
