You may have experienced some issues with the FirstPoint service on Legal Online over the past days including:
- Error messages displayed on the Cases Tab
- Cases citing, cases cited and litigation history components missing from some FirstPoint records
Our content and technology teams have been working to fix these high-priority issues and we are happy to advise the Cases Tab errors have now been resolved.
You may still be experiencing some FirstPoint records with missing components. We are working hard to resolve these and will keep you informed of any developments.
