Trade Practices Law Journal – Name Change

As previously posted, the Trade Practices Law Journal has changed its name to the Australian Journal of Competition and Consumer Law.

The first Part under the new name is now available online.

Online subscribers will continue to have access to the previously named Trade Practices Law Journal together with the new issues published under the name of the Australian Journal of Competition and Consumer Law.

Users will be able to link from one to the other via jump links in the TOC.
