Modifications and Improvements

• “Market Sensitive” filter has been added to alerts and search results for Company Announcements
• Takeovers Database Improvements, include
  –     Bidder and target categorisation added to advisors, with fees – for launch July 2011
  –     Price to book value  included – for launch July 2011
  –     Price-Earnings Ratio included – for launch July 2011
  –     Improve search to enable searching of multiple advisors – in development
• Publication of 2011 Boardroom Remuneration Review

Expanded coverage

We have also expanded the geographic coverage of our New Issues, Expert Reports and Takeovers Databases to include content from New Zealand.
