Find a Case by Party Name – Westlaw AU

If you know the party name or names you can retrieve a case in four easy steps.  For example if you are wanting to locate Larrikin Music Publishing Pty Ltd v EMI Songs Australia Pty Ltd.

• Enter the party name or names into the basic search box on the Westlaw Home Page eg Larrikin Music
• Click the Title radio button
• Select Cases content type
• Click Search

Note: You can enter more than one party name into the search box eg Larrikin Music and EMI.
