Last week customers may have experienced issues with the speed and performance of Westlaw AU culminating in possible interruption to service.
The cause of these problems has been traced back to a one off technical issue relating to a server cache clearing process. We have resolved this issue over the weekend and taken steps to ensure this not occur again in the future.
We have been monitoring the site closely over the past 5 days and will continue to do so. We can report that performance is now back to normal levels.
