Please be aware that ProView version 1.5 for the iPad became available in the App Store recently and is causing problems for a small number of ProView users.
If you have previously changed your colour scheme in the app and have now updated from ProView version 1.4 to 1.5, you may see the application crash when you download or open titles from your library.
We are working to resolve the issue and plan on having a new version 1.5.1 available in the App Store in the coming days.
We are recommending the following to ProView Users:
- If you have not already done so, do not update your version of ProView from 1.4 to 1.5, wait for version 1.5.1 to become available before updating your version.
NOTE: ProView Version 1.5.1 is now available on the App store. You can download the new version to resolve and or avoid this issue.
- If you have already updated to 1.5 and are experiencing issues you can take the following remedial action
- Go into settings in the iPad and change the ProView section to “Reset app on next launch”
- Close ProView if it was open and relaunch the application
