We have identified two post release issues we would like to make you aware of and apologise for the inconvenience.
- New deep links and some old deep links not working – some customers are experiencing problems with the new deep links provided in previous communication and/or some of the old product deep links.
Fix: We have reissued the New Deep Link List and recommend updating all URL’s with those links. Please disregard previously provided deep link lists. New Deep Links
- IP Users seeing first time login screen – some IP users are being prompted for an email address and security question answer. Only first time login Username & Password users should see this screen, we are investigating why it is occurring for some IP Users.
Fix: To resolve this issue one user from the organisation will need to go through the First Time Login steps as prompted. This process is quick and easy. Dummy information can be entered into the security question and email fields but preferences should be set as required for all IP users.
