We would like to advise that the decommission of Legal Online has been moved out to March 31st 2014 for customers with Current Awareness products including Alert24.
When will my Current Awareness (including Alert24) alerts be moved across to Alert Centre on Westlaw AU?
Current Awareness alerts will not be moved across until next month we will contact you again in March with details on the move.
Will I have to recreate my Current Awareness (including alert24) emails in Alert Centre?
No, we will be migrating profiles across automatically.
What do I need to do?
- Take a look at the Alert Centre Guide to see the new features available to you with the Alert Centre.
- If you have not yet personalised your IP Access or requested a Westlaw AU Username & Password you will need to do so in order for us to migrate your alerts automatically.
