Most customers have opted to have Legal Online access removed already and have moved across to Westlaw AU. If that is the case for your organisation, you can ignore this notice.
For those customers still accessing Legal Online, your access will be removed tonight at approximately 11pm AEST.
Current Awareness Subscribers Only
Up until now, Current Awareness subscribers have received Alert24 emails with links to both Westlaw AU & Legal Online. Customers alerts will continue uninterrupted and arrive as scheduled with only Westlaw AU links present from now on.
When will Current Awareness alert management be moved across to Alert Centre on Westlaw AU?
Current Awareness alert management will not be moved across at this time. We will contact you again in April with details on the move to the Alert Centre.
How can I change my Alert24 email preferences?
You can continue to access your Alert24 email preferences via the “Manage Preferences” link on the Alert24 emails themselves or by going to http://www.thomsonreuters.com.au/support/login.aspx and selecting “Alert24” from the service drop down list, to access your preferences.
Will Alert24 RSS feeds continue to work after tonight?
Yes, RSS feeds will continue to work until Current Awareness alert management is moved into the Alert Centre on Westlaw AU. We will contact you again in April with details on the move to the Alert Centre, including how to manage your RSS feeds.
