This tip explains the location and functionality of Tree of Contents. The Tree of Contents is an alternate way to view your search results.
Step 1: Log onto Checkpoint.
Step 2: Conduct a search using the Basic Search box or an Advanced Search template.
Step 3: Your search results will be displayed in the traditional Document List format, this being one result listed after another. To view the Tree of Contents click on the hyperlink located to the left of the Document List link.
Step 4: The Tree of Contents option combines the total number of result hits next to each content area.
Step 5: To expand the view of the Tree of Contents, click on either the Expand Level 2 or click on the + icon next to the content type.
Step 6: You can browse or drill down further into the results by continuing to click the + icon next to the product title. Also, you can toggle between Tree of Contents and Document List by clicking each hyperlink.
