Thomson Reuters is pleased to announce some exciting enhancements to the Corporate Compliance Partner service.
In order to meet the changing needs of Australian corporate professionals, Thomson Reuters is significantly restructuring and enhancing the service to provide a greater focus on corporate governance and risk management. To reflect this new direction, the service will now also include access to ASIC Working Guide for Company Secretaries.
To deliver the enhanced service, Thomson Reuters has partnered with a new author, Jacqui Stewart, who has over 20 years’ experience working in corporate governance, risk and compliance. As Director and Senior Consultant of GRC Central, Jacqui assists companies in meeting complex regulatory requirements while furthering their business objectives. She brings unique expertise and insight.
Over the coming months, the service will be transformed. This change is part of Thomson Reuters’ commitment to streamline the service and deliver the most relevant guidance for today’s governance professionals. Changes you can look forward to seeing include:
• a new, professional look and feel;
• substantially updated commentary; and
• a new focus on corporate governance, risk management, compliance and internal audit practices.
As part of the service subscribers will also continue to receive the Baxt Report six times per year. This newsletter, authored by renowned corporate law expert Professor Bob Baxt AO, keeps you updated on the latest developments in Australian corporate law.
Three related sections including Forms, News and Alerts and Procedures and Checklists will be deleted from the service. A lot of the relevant material will be retained and included in the new section Practical Commentary under the relevant topics.
Note the changes and enhancements can be accessed on our Checkpoint platform. If you are still accessing the service from our legacy Tax & Accounting platform please contact our Customer Care team on 1800 020 548 so we can help you access the service on Checkpoint.
