We are investigating an issue with the FirstPoint Classification Links.
Some users may receive the following error when clicking on classification links from search results or documents.
“No documents satisfy your query. Please check your spelling and search scope.”
We are investigating this and will advise as soon as we have a fix scheduled.
Workaround: We recommend using the Cases Advanced Search Form and entering the Classification you would like to view cases for. Then click search.
We apologise for the inconvenience and will look to get this resolved as soon as possible.
Update 28/5/15: We continue to investigate the cause of this issue and hope to have it resolved soon.
