The optional Client ID feature enables you to record the time you spend on research for a client.
Note: This feature is only available to customers who access Checkpoint using a Username & Password or OnePass access.
Step 1: Log onto Checkpoint.
Step 2: You can activate the Client ID feature at any time during your research session. On the orange systems tool bar, located at the top of the page, locate the Client ID tab and click. A pop up window appears. Type in the client name and click save.
Step 3: At the end of your research session log out using the Log Out option on the right hand side of the black navigation tool bar.
Step 4: A pop up window will appear detailing the amount of time you have spent on research. The Client ID can be changed at anytime throughout the day.
