Some customers may experience problems finding alerts and folders set up on WestlawNext prior to this weekend 15/11/15.
We are investigating the cause of this issue and will look to resolve it as soon as possible.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Update 1 1(7/11): Alerts have stopped arriving for some users impacted by this issue, we continue to investigate and are working to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
Update 2 (18/11): We have recovered folder information for all effected users. We continue to work on recovery of alerts.
Update 3 (13/01/16): This issue was resolved late in 2015.
We can confirm that any folder or alert set up after the 16/11 will not be effected by this issue.
