Custom Fields List give you the flexibility to add Work types to Practice Areas in Firm Central.
Note: You must be signed in to Firm Central as an Administrator to create custom fields.
Customisation > Custom Lists > Practice Areas & Work Types
1) Click Customisation in the left-hand pane of the Administration page.
2) Click the Custom List tab in the right-hand pane.
3) Select Practice area you wish to update
4) Enter Work type that you wish to add, select Save
5) Select Add, this selection has now been added to Practice Area
