Development and operational support teams are actively working on the problem.

The TechCare/TechFirst teams have received multiple reports this morning (24/2) of errors that are displayed during creation or editing of Alerts in Westlaw AU.
There is currently no known workaround.
We are investigating as a matter of urgency and will update this post when new information is available.
