The Checkpoint ANZ Team is pleased to announce new features and enhancements to be rolled out on the 22nd March based on your feedback (download the Release Notes).
In this release, we’ve continued to update the search results screen as well as adding the ability to access Folders when using mobile and tablet devices. These enhancements provide a more simplified but useful view of content across the different ways our customers access Checkpoint. Summary of the enhancements include:
Cases Search Results
The presentation of Cases search results has been updated, which includes a new ‘document family group’ to streamline cases search results. As a result, the Judgment document and the related Summary or Reported Case document are shown as a single result, reducing the total number of results you need to scroll through.
Search Results Page
User interface updates to increase the content displayed on the screen, especially for up to 50% users using larger screens.
Access to Folders
For the users accessing Checkpoint on tablets and mobile devices, Folders is now mobile friendly and can accessed across all devices and screen resolutions
Natural Language Preference Setting
Ability to select Natural Language search type as your default under Preferences adding an additional level of personalisation for those who prefer this new search option.
