You can export information out of Checkpoint formatted as PDF, Word or HTML documents with just a few clicks of the mouse. You can choose to export an individual result or a group of results. This will provide you with workable documents that you can then save to your files, or attach to emails.
Step 1: After logging into Checkpoint at www.checkpointau.com.au, locate the documents you want to export by searching or browsing.
Step 2: Select the document(s) you wish to export, then click onto the Export icon . You can choose to export:
An individual document:
A selection of documents while browsing. Tick the checkbox to the left of the document(s) you wish to export:
You can also export a selection of results from your results list or documents that you have saved into your folders.
Step 3: Once you click onto the Export icon, the Export Options window will appear. Select your preferred file format (PDF, Word/WordPerfect, HTML) and select/deselect your preferred output options. Click the OK button to create the document.
You can add notes to documents or highlight sections of documents before you export them, using the annotation functionality available on Checkpoint. To add a note to the top of the document, click onto the Add Note icon. To add a note or highlight to a specific section of text, select the text you wish to annotate, then select the preferred option from the pop-up window.
